| Picnic Roll-UP Quilt with just One Jelly Roll Saturday June 22 10-2pm Cost $35.00 Thimble Blossoms Created this fun quilt made with just one Jelly Roll for the summer season to take to the park and enjoy lunch outside. It rolls up and Bev thinks it our perfect Hurricaine Roll-up Quilt. She doesn't like to leave home without a quilt and this one is perfect to roll up and tie for that quick evacuation in the car or just to take on one of those quilting retreats. The blocks are quick and easy piecing using just three jelly roll strips. This top will not be completed in class but you will be well on your way. Bev will show you how to make the ties and pockets on the back of the quilt to complete your Roll-up. Come to Flash for a fun day of sewing and laughter. |

Quilter's Academy # 3 Triangle Quilts Dates: Tuesday, May 21, June 4 and 18 from 10-12 noon Cost: $40.00 Join Bev for the third in a series of beginner class to learn all about how to create accurate triangle units. Students will learn how to make half square triangles, quarter square triangles, three piece triangles and flying geese units. Students will be shown multiple ways to create these units and the newest tools to make it easy. Join Bev to master all of the different triangle units used in quilt making. |
| Winter Blessing Snowman Quilt Dates: Saturday May 25th 10-1 pm and Saturday June 1 10-12 noon Cost: $30.00 Primitive Gatherings new fabric collection, Snowman Gatherings has just arrived at Flash, and Bev is in love with the warm Navy and Cream prints!! Join this fun class to make the Winter Blessings Snowman quilt using these daring antique prints. Bev will teach you have to embroider and use wool on a cotton background. You will learn several embroidery stitches including french notes, outline, chain stitch and buttonhole stitch. The snowman are on a cotton background and made with wool. We will focus on stitchery in this class so no sewing machines needed. |
