S11162023: Laura Heine Sea Turtle
This class is being held at our Sarasota store location.
Students will learn Laura Heine's collage technique from Rebecca Eyer, a certified Laura Heine teacher. Fabrics are selected with color, texture, and shapes in mind to create a layered collage using Laura's Sea Turtle Pattern. The teacher will be bringing the "Official" Laura Heinie KIT for this class, which is an additional $40.20, which you will pay directly to her.

*Pro Tip from Rebecca ~ When selecting your fabrics, think about how they can be incorporated into the Mermaid and Octopus patterns included in the #4 Group. You'll want to finish the grouping and having the right supplies will be the encouragement you need to complete the set.

Rebecca attended the Laura Heine workshop at Flash Sew & Quilt and was enthralled with the creative process and collage techniques used. She was so inspired, that she flew to Billings, MT to become a certified Laura Heine Educator. Rebecca is a retired home economics teacher. She also taught Marketing to adults at the Masters level. You're in great hands with Rebecca.
