Fashion Fit Upper Body Workshop

April 9th and 11th all day with Karn Hurley

Learn the Palmer/Pletsch Tissue Fitting Method.  Fit, alter tissue pattern & fabric to fit a shirt.  In this 2-day workshop you will tissue-fit the Butterick's  B6924, a beginning fit blouse pattern.  You will view a comprehensive presentation of the Palmer/Pletsch tissue fitting method, then you will measure yourself for size.  Tissue fit the pattern, alter it to fit you, and then cut out the fabric and pin fit to make minor adjustments.  Garment will be sewn at home.  The alterations made on this blouse will show you how you differ from a commercial pattern.

We recommend that you purchase the Palmer/Pletsch Tissue Fitting Method book, sold at Flash Sew & Quilt.  You will receive the pattern upon registration or when you first get into the store after online registration.
