How to Die Cut 10" Squares

• For best cutting results, position fabric on the lengthwise grain (straight of grain) as it goes under the roller.
• Cut 10½" strips across the width of fabric. Fanfold into 10½" widths, place on the blade, and cut.
• Cut three squares across the width of fabric. One yard of 40" wide fabric cuts nine squares.

Die Tips

• With some fabrics, a thread or two may remain where die blades meet – simply snip with scissors.
• Blades on some dies are positioned at an angle. Align fabric to the edge of the shape, not the edge of the die board.
• Use good quality fabric to reduce stretch.
• Always test cut one shape before cutting many to confirm fabric orientation.
• Clean lint and threads with an adhesive roller or die pick. Blades never need sharpening.
