Die Tips

  • With some fabrics, a thread or two may remain where die blades meet; simply snip with scissors.
  • Blades on some dies are positioned at an angle – always align fabric with the edge of the shape, not the die board.
  • Use good quality quilting fabric to reduce stretch and distortion.
  • Always test cut one shape before cutting many to confirm orientation and fabric placement.
