Bloom & Grow Serger Quilt Class - Sarasota

Join us each month for a new type of class with Debra Kaiser. She loves to teach techniques on your machines and this one is for serger owners (any brand!) who have Cover & Chain stitch capabilities*. Do you own the BERNINA L890 or a serger with these stitches and haven’t tried them? Then we would like to welcome you to the world of serger quilting and the “Bloom & Grow” quilt project!  

We will be using the pattern by Amanda Murphy and Pam Mahshie to dive into creative, decorative and piecing techniques while creating blocks for a stunning quilt and other projects.

DATES: Saturdays - January 16, February 20, March 27, and April 24 from 10:00am – 3:00pm

Skill Level: Confident Beginner to Intermediate (You must know how to thread your serger)

*Combo serger, or 4-thread overlock and a cover stitch machine
