Floor Canvas Class

The Canvas Quilted Rug is a great way to show off your quilting skills without spending weeks on it.  This rug is made from cotton canvas fabric manufactured in the USA and the kit comes complete with the top and backing. Very few additional items are necessary. The rugs are fun to create, finish on your domestic machine, and wash and dry at home. They are a great conversation piece for your floor or if you want, to hang on the wall.

I have been quilting since 1973 and have owned my own business since 1996. I am on the 30th year of a 5 year business plan for a quilt shop. I have worked with multiple fabric companies to create numerous blocks of the month designs as well individual patterns. I have also been featured in numerous quilting magazines.  

I have always believed in enjoying the process of quilting!

**SUPPLY LIST**
- One of two $68 fabric kits from BEHG Designs is required. (You can choose either Blooming or So Much Sew.) You can pick up your kit the day of class.
- Please bring your machine and everything you need to sew
- 90/14 Jeans or Denim needle
- Light gray or white thread (pattern recommends 40wt wonderfil poly)
- Black thread (pattern recommends Wonderfil HomeDec™ 30wt - INK BLACK)
- Heat N Bond Lite Iron On Adhesive - 5.25 YARDS
- Batting - CRIB SIZE 46" X 60” (pattern recommends Quilter's Dream 80/20 Select)
