The SCHMETZ Stretch Needle is designed to handle highly elastic fabrics without skipped stitches. With a medium ball point, smaller eye, and deep scarf, this needle glides through materials like Lycra®, Spandex, and elastic blends — minimizing damage and maintaining stitch integrity.

Its shape allows the needle to push fibers aside rather than piercing them, which reduces the chance of snags or pulls. This makes it an excellent choice for swimwear, sportswear, lingerie, and activewear projects where elasticity is key.

Each pack includes five stretch needles, making it easy to stay stocked for frequent sewing or serging.
