The Schmetz ELx705 needle in size 80/12 is a serger-specific needle - it fits the industrial-style needle system used in most home overlockers and sergers, including Baby Lock, Bernina, Brother, and others that use the ELx705 system. Using the wrong needle in a serger causes skipped stitches, thread breaks, and mechanical issues. If your serger calls for ELx705, this is what you need. Five needles per pack.
